I am guessing large would be 10 inch, next would be 5inch, then 2.5 inch.
Those would have to be finished sizes. To cut the squares with seam allowances it would have to be 10.5", 5.5" and 3 inches.
You could make them any size squares, Lorie, as long as each square was half the next biggest one plus 1/2 inch.
12.5, 6.5, 3.5
10.5, 5.5, 3
8.5, 4.5, 2.5

Very cool quilt. The quilting is very nice - love how they left the center of the large squares unquilted.
