Annika, I don't have knowledge of this particular Brother machine, however, I did fine a .pdf of the users manual. I do use my Brother to FMQ, and it does a very nice job with that technique. More foot/hand coordination, and getting used to the machine itself, as I'm sure you already know. It looks like you have a little larger harp space than the newer Brothers, mine is only 5.5 inches, but does well with the QAYG method, which I prefer. It will be at least 2 weeks before I can get my hands on the machine and I want to learn as much as possible during the waiting time.
