I see a used one advertised for sale along with a quilting frame. I am wondering about the ease of use as well as reliability.
TIA!

I googled this and depending on the model number, it looks good. If it's the one with the threader, cutter, needle up/down, I'd say it would be a good machine. Don't know about the quilting frame. Would have to see it. Let us know how it goes.
My Babylock Espire is from the Quilters Choice line, but I doubt I'd put it on a frame. Which machine is it?
pat.
No rain....no rainbows!
my LQS told me you can use any mechanical machine on a frame, but to never use a computerized machine on a frame. The computerized ones will burn the motor and computer out . They are just not designed to run at high speeds for extended periods of time.
I have the Babylock Quilters Choice Pro, which is a straight stitch only mechanical machine, on my frame.

That's the one! It is on a "Joy Gold" frame and they are asking $900 for the set up. The frame can be set at 5', 7 1/2' and 10'. and can also be folded up against the wall in a smaller space. I have not actually seen it and since I got the estimate on DS car today, probably won't be going to check it out real soon.![]()
