time zone and daily deals

The time bar above my post says 3.32 am but it's actually 9.32 am in England.

Mine shows up around 5 AM.

Oh! how I agree about the postage $24 as a minimum I think. Hardly worth it, say, for a charm pack. Wonder if you've ever been hit by import duty - I was - just once - and it's put me off ordering from the US although the fabric prices are so reasonable compared with the UK.
