Mine was a little late in arriving also. No shipping notice and the wrong amount was charged to my account. This is not their norm. Like Lightwriter said, they received more orders than they thought would come in. Maybe just call it growing pains this time around. Something that really stood out to me was when I checked the charge it listed one of the company's products as gravestones! Not what I would have ever thought they would sell.
