I ordered several items from the sale. I received all but one of the items. Called the number on the return label. She said the item was backordered, but wasn't marked as such. She said she had not really anticipated the volume of items she sold and was behind in shipping...and was out of several items because of that volume. Said it would be 3-4 weeks on the mat I ordered.

Thought this info might clear up your problem.
