Well, that's just TOO funny, and had no clue about "fabric stashes" til I watched my first Jenny vid, then joined the Forum. It was evident that a "stash" was a necessity. But fabric stashing is like "tribbles" LOL!
Don't worry if plan A fails, there are 25 more letters in the alphabet!!

You know what they say: "Dull people have immaculate houses?" Well dull quilters have organized stashes!! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Love the pic, might just print it out and frame it in my sewing room for inspiration.

Has anyone ever seen the video Eleanor Burns did on stash? It's a hoot, but I only remember seeing it on PBS awhile back when they were doing her Quilt in a Day series. Worth the look up if you can find it.

And lots of times it's the perfect fabric but you're short a quarter of a yard thereby creating a mental note that you should always buy at least 1/2 more of each fabric next time you're shopping just to eliminate this from happening again!

Love it and can certainly relate! I, too, have some that are so pretty I'm afraid to cut! And I just broke my New Years Resolution and bought more fabric that I just had to have because it was on sale!
