B, I know exactly what you mean! Your vivid description had me in stitches to say the least, I should talk though. You should have seen me and the Hubs tackling and rearranging my sewing area...........ROFL! I'll even bet we most likely used the same words when we got out of bed the next day! I am really impressed by all the information you put up, especially the Customer Service y'all received. Sounds like this company has their act together. Pictures were great and y'all did a marvelous job!
