I Love this quilt, the large one especially. I have the binding tool. Hmmmm. I already ordered two more layer cakes. Now I need the Batiks for this one. Oh Well! To Joann's with my Christmas gift card!

This is exactly what to was going to ask as well. I already have a neat tool for making 45 degree cuts on strips, just need to know how long either the long side or the short side of the binding tool is since I don't have one and don't use one to bind with.

For those of you who have asked, my binding tool (which is white but I think must be the same, I got it from M*): the long side is 8 3/8, the short is 6 1/8. Remember you have the little squared off end on the long side which probably accounts for the quarter inch difference. I know that's a weird measurement but I checked it three times and that's what it is. Even put my glasses on!

I love this. I made several of Jenny's Scrappy Table Runner pattern before Christmas and it's the most fun thing. This is just 4X plus a little tweaking. Can't wait to try it. I have the Kona Sunset jelly roll (solids) but think I may really, really need that Jinny Beyer too. oh well.

Caught this very early this morning, but had to gin around because I planned on rearranging my sewing room, that's done (Yay for me) and now catching up. This tutorial is outstanding, and yep, this is a 2015 quilt for me! Thanks Annika!!
