Blondie, thanks for the link, but back in mid-Dec when I was working on the 4 quilts I ordered the 24 X 38 Martelli mat when they had their 50 off. It's a nice mat but quite a bit pricier even at 50 off. I got their ergo cutter, too 'n I'm getting used to that. I had initially bought this pitiful little 18 X 24 mat, Dritz, I think that just wasn't big enough to work with. You might say I'm learning a lot about the tools you need - not like just needing a crochet hook and some good quality thread for crochet! I can see the benefit for letting everyone know when there is a good sale. Wouldn't you think I'd be sleepy tonight, but here I sit with "big eyes" - I'll read some posts 'n see what's hapnin'! Thanks again.

"B" keep that small mat around as they can come in handy in other than your primary cutting location. Some have even cut out worn areas and used the good parts in place of a "rotary" mat. Bev
