    Default Jenny Doan's Iron

I was watching Jenny Doan's tutorial on putting zippers in pouches, and my eye caught the iron she was using. I would sure like to know the brand name of that iron, I fell in love with it.

You can get it at Joann's, maybe you can find a coupon? Mine was on sale $70 off. I have the blue one and I just love it. I think sale price was $49.99. There's 3 price levels, yellow is most $$ I think it is around $200 (has longer cord, bigger water tank). They also have a website. Go get yourself one you won't be sorry!!!

The yellow one also has a 30 minute auto shut off. I really want it for that alone. Other irons always shut off before I want them to. It's on my "maybe someday" list of things I would love to have but can't spend the money on right now. When the time comes, I'll get it at Joann's with a coupon, since that will save me a lot of money.

    Love those irons.
It's definitely not a "must have" but it's certainly a "fun have."

I have the yellow one and love it. I got it for $135 (total with shipping) from www.massdrop.com It was my first experience with this site (recommended by someone on here - can't remember who) and it was a very positive. Right now on massdrop, the yellow iron needs 200 requests to bring it back as a sale item. There are currently 33 requests. If a bunch of people request it be brought back, then it will be a great deal again.
I was told at my local Joann's that coupons cannot be used on these irons. You would have to catch it on sale.

Same here - the Massdrop deal was a good one. I like the iron a lot, but it is a bit heavy so when I'm ironing several blocks at a time I have to set it down often just to give my hand/wrist/arm a break.

I stupidly did NOT buy this iron when Massdrop had the deal. I just went to the website and requested to bring it back. It's got 34 requests and we need 200. C'mon people, lets get enough requests to bring back this deal!!

You can just leave the iron set down and the feet raise it up so it won't burn your ironing pad. The only time I stand mine up is when I put it away. All the other time it is down and I just have to put my hand on the handle and it falls down to iron my fabric.
