I was watching Jenny Doan's tutorial on putting zippers in pouches, and my eye caught the iron she was using. I would sure like to know the brand name of that iron, I fell in love with it.

The Oliso iron is great!
You can get it at Joann's, maybe you can find a coupon? Mine was on sale $70 off. I have the blue one and I just love it. I think sale price was $49.99. There's 3 price levels, yellow is most $$ I think it is around $200 (has longer cord, bigger water tank). They also have a website. Go get yourself one you won't be sorry!!!
The yellow one also has a 30 minute auto shut off. I really want it for that alone. Other irons always shut off before I want them to. It's on my "maybe someday" list of things I would love to have but can't spend the money on right now. When the time comes, I'll get it at Joann's with a coupon, since that will save me a lot of money.
I seen them on ebay also.
Love those irons.
It's definitely not a "must have" but it's certainly a "fun have." http://yoursmiles.org/ssmile/fun/s0226.gif
I have the yellow one and love it. I got it for $135 (total with shipping) from www.massdrop.com It was my first experience with this site (recommended by someone on here - can't remember who) and it was a very positive. Right now on massdrop, the yellow iron needs 200 requests to bring it back as a sale item. There are currently 33 requests. If a bunch of people request it be brought back, then it will be a great deal again.
I was told at my local Joann's that coupons cannot be used on these irons. You would have to catch it on sale.
I stupidly did NOT buy this iron when Massdrop had the deal. I just went to the website and requested to bring it back. It's got 34 requests and we need 200. C'mon people, lets get enough requests to bring back this deal!! :icon_tup:
It's an Oliso brand iron. They have one at the quilt shop where I have been taking classes. I love it, but they are pretty expensive. Between $150 and $175 on Amazon. I just got a new iron a few months ago though, (not nearly that expensive!) and I can't really justify that right now. Will have to use what I've got for now.
