    Cool Limited Space

I have posted this before but need some input. I purchased a nice folding table instead of using the bed. However, I am very limited on storage space. I have the closet packed with clothing and have my materials etc. in a plastic bin. The batting is sitting on a shelf. Has anything used or considered using a craft rolling tote? I found a nice one with lots of storage space inside to hold a sewing machine so I figured that the batting and material can go inside. Then there are pockets to hold the squares.

    Any other suggestions? Thanks

Yes, they have plenty of space to hold your supplies and some even have removable piece so you can set it up to suit your needs.

I have one that I take with me if I travel to sew - works well for me.
    Be warned. I am BORED.
    This could be dangerous.

When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
    They are usually 90 degrees.

A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??

Thanks for responding Cathy. I found one that has lots of pockets and each can be moved around since they have Velcro strips

I meet weekly with a group of quilters, and we all have the totes. Mine is the only one with long straps attached to the front and back (instead of just the side hand grips) Everyone says that mine is much easier to get in and out of the car. Here's one in case you aren't sure what I'm talking about.

I'm not sure if the handles will be an issue for you, if you'll just be using it at home...but it's something to think about.

Hi starlover, I only need it for storage. I won't be taking it anywhere with me but it is something to think about. I babysit for my grandkids so the handles will have to be considered. Thanks for the link and responding.

I am also constricted to a corner of our bedroom at my in-laws, and I keep batting, backing, tops waiting to be quilted, etc, in a regular suitcase under our bed. For the things I need closer at hand I have sacrified one of the four drawers in our dresser.
