Please don't be discouraged, sometimes the wheels move very slowly with these groups. And bear in mind this time of year, especially! What you're doing is very valuable, and will be extremely well appreciated. Though not related to quilting, music therapy took forever to set up. When it did, I had to finally set time frames and specific days, cause when the wheels started moving, it was like having a full time job! Just be patient, and keep in touch with them, if you get no results, move on to the next organization. It will all work out for the best.
