Happy Camper...all kinds of stress finally off my plate

I'm so relieved and happy. Kathy Quilts and Grace Company replaced the Blockrockit that I had purchased with a new one and I got it on Wednesday. I had it up and running in 45 minutes. It's running like a dream, humming along running smoothly like it's gliding over ice. I'm so thrilled with it and I've already finished two of my pieced projects. Wow, I'm doing happy dances, it feels so good. For the smaller projects I have a bar stool set up in front of the frame so I can sit down and quilt comfortably. The company has been so good to work with. When I was having learning curve problems they worked with me via the phone and were able to explain things in a way I could understand. When I was having the encoder set up problems and a timing problem they had come out with several video's that made things clear and that was very helpful. As we worked through some of the kinks a technician from the Grace Company even did an upgrade and test remotely via my computer. It was at that point we decided it might be best to give the machine a trip back to the factory and replace it with a new one. They were so gracious and pleasant to work with. I'll put some pics up in the next few days in my album. Now I have to think of a name for my new machine.

I finally passed my written drivers test which I had flunked two weeks ago when I first took it. I've always had major test anxiety since childhood and it turned that into a real emotional nightmare.

It's so nice to finally feel relaxed, creative and productive again. What a huge relief! Thank you all for your loving support

Wow, so glad you got the sewing machine issue fixed! It's a nightmare to buy something new and not have it work correctly. And whew on passing the driver's test! I'd hate to have to take on of those again!
