I just saw it. I love this quilt, but I think I spy some mistakes in the layout of the quilt behind Jenny in the video. Some of the blocks that are supposed to be a square in a square have triangles sticking into them. But that said, I'm already thinking what fabric I could use to make this. It's amazing all of the things MSQC comes up with for shortcuts to great-looking blocks.
That's a winner!
I see this one going onto my list of quilts to try. It amazes me how she keeps coming up with new designs. Thanks for letting us know. : )
This is really pretty! I'll have to watch it tomorrow...too pooped to do it tonight!
Omg I really love this design!
No one will believe this but I came up with this same pattern
on my own earlier this week. I was so proud of myself and now I
see the tutorial! I will post pictures of my blocks tomorrow if I have time.
Watching it now...but that rotating mat is distracting me LOL
I keep thinking....I can barely keep everything from moving on a flat surface. I have the square one...but I can see the round one being used a couple of times and then become a shelf decoration.
I really like this one. It is going on my list also. Thank you Jenny for all your great video's.
I think I'll try this one.
I like this one - and seems pretty easy - pieces not little. How do we avoid those little triangles in the wrong place?
I like this one too. It seems like the only two places where I see the little triangles in the wrong places are in half blocks on the very outside edge. Both incorrect half blocks seems to be from the same color fabric. Possibly these two half blocks were assembled with the wrong orientation, as all the other blocks seem correct.
As a newbie, I think I would appear to be an amazing quilter if I made this. Attachment 95285
It "looks" easy enough. I am definitely adding this one to my list!
I watched it and it looks like a winner. All that bias cutting makes me nervous but she seems to plow right through it.
I wished they showed the alternate fabric "moxie" one better, she barely held it up then they went to a close up. I like to see the whole quilt.
When I do all that cutting on four sides I would prefer to not use a rotating mat. It's too easy to make a slip and cut wrong.
Again with the great tutorial! Seriously need to STOP watching these.... my list just keeps getting bigger and bigger! Lol.
