I found out last year that a young mother through my church wanted nothing but a quilt made from baby clothes for Christmas. And that was the weekend before Christmas. I thought it was too bad she didn't think of it earlier in the year, but then some one told me that her baby had passed from sids and all she wanted was a quilt to be comforted with. I made it for her and was just thinking about her this morning. This might be somebody that really needs the help of a quilter and doesn't know what is involved.
