I am one tickled gal here! My order came in today, and WOW, between the emails and the package I am so very impressed with the folks at M*. Courteous, friendly and just stellar service! I have been playing with the Dresden tool, and the binding tool. Got blades cut out ready to go, and strips for the Friendship strips. Can't wait to use the Vines and Curves template. After seeing one of Jenny's tuts, thought ohhhhh that is gorgeous!

There are many, many companies that could certainly take a valuable lesson from M*'s business model for sure!
