I promised to let you know how things went with Martelli.

My order had shipped with a mis-labeled DVD and a missing foot (literally missing--there was a blank spot in the blister pack).

Well, I called Martelli on Tuesday one minute before they closed. When you're on the West Coast, it's hard to remember to be early for East Coast businesses! They treated me beautifully, despite the lateness of the hour, even calling me back to double check a point.

And my replacement foot arrived in Thursday's mail. Thursday! From the East Coast! I don't know how they did it!

Call me a happy customer. I know things go wrong from time to time. I rate a company by how well they fix things. Martelli is up near the top! (M* still wins.)
