I upgraded to my new Viking when my first one died after 40 years of marriage and sewing. That machine has been repaired and is used up at the cabin for summer use only as that was the recommendation of the repair man.

I am happy with my Viking and will keep it until I am no longer happy and have the "need" for a new one. My hubby is a love and will suggest that I need a new machine b4 I get the bug myself. New machines are so fun....
