My Quilt and So Far So Good

Well, yesterday I started to stitch my squares in a row!! Yippy for me!! Since I am learning the sewing machine and quilting as well I thought I'd get myself totally frustrated. But, lo and behold I am a happy camper

I didn't sew them in the exact order I laid them out in but it all seemed to come together. I stitched and pressed and today I will sew more rows together and soon I will be able to add the batting. So far, I haven't found a backing and binding that I truly like but I am sure I will.
