    Default Table legs shortened

Previously I sewed with my Janome on a card table which means I sit on a kitchen chair with a boat cushion for height.

Last night my husband cut three inches off the legs of said card table for me! He fussed a bit and said that the legs wouldn't be even. So I marked them with electrical tape and told him to cut at the bottom of the tape. It worked really well. He was correct in that the legs weren't all even, but I put a circle of cardboard in the bottom of the cap and shoved it back on the leg and all is well!!

Now I think I will have him do the same with the folding plastic table I have my Bernina on.

PS--no more boat cushion. But I may have to add some padding. That wooden chair is HARD!
