I got my cutter and blades yesterday, but no mat. I emailed since the packing slip had the mat listed and there was no way it would fit in the 8 by 10" padded envelope the cutter came in. I got a reply that said the mat was sent UPS and should arrive shortly.

My biggest gripe with them is they supply no tracking number and you think they would with a purchase of that size.
