Default the start of an addiction?

This weekend I stopped by my LQS to check on a label for my LAST Christmas quilt and wouldn't you know they were having a FQ Frenzy (buy 10, get 10 free) so. it would have been wasteful not to put together another collection for the future. Who knows- I might be snowed in next month.

Well, when I got hame and went to put my latest stash beside the Lexington, Richmond City Reds, and an eclectic bunch of batiks, I discovered a layer cake that I don't even remember buying. That was scary! Guess that's how it all begins- an I thought I had it under control. Luckily I woke up this morning and remembered that it was a line called Patriot that I had ordered from M*. So- which is worse? Addiction or a Senior Moment?
    Happy Thanksgiving to all

Neither. With the Senior Moment you won't remember you have an addiction anyway

I'm the same way. Myself and some ladies at a LQS that I shop have decided that we are glad there are no meetings for this addiction. Who would our Sponsors be. Where would we hold meetings. So we have decided that we are Collectors, so therefore, it is neither an Addiction nor a Hording problem.

You're not getting addicted, you are just stocking up for winter. Just think, you won't have to get out in the bitter cold to get fabric because you have plenty to quilt away the winter in your cozy, warm home.
