Default Need help with a Craftsy class

I am reviewing a class and want to skip over to another chapter. I have found two ways to get the lesson list to drop down, but when I click on the chapter I want to watch, it just reverts to the current chapter being shown. I tried to find the instructions on how to take a class, but struck out on that, too. Does anyone know what I can do to select another chapter?

On my iPad its in the upper right corner and then you can choose which part you want by scrolling up or down. If it's not working you might have to email them.

If your taking a block of the month it won't let you. Dumb. I would have to go look for my other classes.

I went and looked and just clicked on lessons and it drops down. What class are you taking?

Hi Sylvia, maybe I can help. I haven't had the problem you describe and I have rewatched several chapters in several classes. Point your cursor at the menu icon just below the Craftsy icon on the far left of the ribbon. Click once on the menu icon and a menu of all the classes in that course and all their chapters enters the screen from the left. Just scroll to find the section you want and select that section. Hope this helps you.

Edit: BTW, I am using a Windows 8 laptop as I write this. My iPad shows a different layout of the Craftsy platform.

If you are taking your lessons on your computer, click on lessons on the orange banner. You should then be able to scroll up or down to the lesson you want and click on it to repeat that lesson. I do it all the time. Also, any lesson that is not finished will start up where you left off. It doesn't matter if you jump from lesson to lesson.

Let us know if that helps.

Thank you all for your help. I was already doing what has been suggested, so I went to my other classes to see if I had the same problem, The problem does not occur with the other classes. The class with the problem is "Piece, Patch, Quilt". It is a free class. I'll contact Craftsy and tell them about it.

That's what was happening with the BOM classes. It said you couldn't move forward unless you finished in order. I stopped watching it.

I have that class and I just went to check it out. I can choose whatever I want to watch in any order I want to watch it in. I'mon my Ipad so I'm not sure if this makes any difference. It shouldn't. Good luck and I hope you get it figured out.

Yes, that is the way they set up that class.

I went back to check it out some more. It seems to only be happening with lesson 7.
