Pininterest

How I use pinterest..........
I purchase precuts sometimes without a great plan, I just love the fabrics! I have so many lovely quilts in my memory banks that Jenny has a tutorial on but my ability to remember, or visualize them with their name is lacking. I'm visual so I put together from my Pinterest boards a couple of shared Pinterest boards in the following groups.

-:- Layer Cake Quilt Tutorials -:-
-:- Quilting Tutorials Using Templates-:-
-:--:-The BLOCK Tutorials-:--:-
-:- Quilting Misc Projects Tutorials -:-

These are shared boards so you can add to them. I got them started but there are so many tutorials that I know I've missed. You are welcome to comment to the pins and I'll add you to the boards and you can pin to the boards. Between us all we can see them in a glance for those of us that like to see pictures.

Sue........good to see you......I'm guilty too. I don't have pinterest account yet but I do spend waaaayyyy too much time there looking at quilting ideas. There is and endless supply of gorgeous quilts of every kind out there!

Oh yes! I have one board names 'sewing' that has more quilts than I could finish in about 2 life times!

Pam thank you for listing all of those threads! I love following these great quilters.

I love Pinterest! I go there for inspiration all the time. Love seeing other peoples creations. I check in there a couple times a day. Usually in the morning after coming here and then again at night before I go to bed. I have lost many hours there.

Do I like Pinterest? Yes and No. Like others once there I spend much too much time there browsing and saving photos of quilts and ideas that I like but I do hate that if I don't sign in they cover half the page. Sometimes I get myself lost because I've clicked on too many new pages and lost the item I originally was looking for.

The worst is when I wake up to check my email there's .. new pins for you. I have found lot's of great cooking blogs. Since I don't eat meat it's fun to to find those sites with like minds.
