I love that quilt design, and it is a great easy quilt with the ruler. I am not sure the daily deal fabric has as much contrast as the photo you shows, if that is what you are looking for. Otherwise. yes, the DD would make a great quilt in this pattern.

That is a lovely design and for some reason it brought to mind those Lagoon line that I saw in the precuts the other day! Congrats on your new purchase.......I have a soft spot for dresdens.
