Re: Hanging quilts... possibly strange idea
Thank you all for your input. I'm still undecided on what to do though. I don't know if people are going to want to buy a panel and then have to buy a rod just to hang it, that's why I was trying to think of something else. I don't think that triangle thing with a ruler and command strip will work because the panel might be too heavy as I'm adding lights to them (inspired by the Starry Night Wall Hanging tutorial). I guess I'll figure something out eventually. Thanks again guys and gals.
Re: Hanging quilts... possibly strange idea
If I wanted a cool quilt I would buy a rod. There is no way getting around it. If you put rivits they would have to buy nails, right? I think the clips or something like this would be nice and then show a sample of each so they can decide.

Liz,
Why not include a dowel rod with your wall hangings? I did so last year when I made a few Christmas wall hangings as gifts. I put sleeves on them, slid the dowel through - then tied some red cord on each end to hang it. I got the dowels at hobby lobby (really inexpensively) - you could get a big dowel from home depot and cut it as needed.
