Thanks for the response, I hope you're doing well! Certainly a device purchased in May of this year should be able to play our courses. It is running Android Jelly Bean operating system which should be able to handle our courses. What browser do you typically use when you're watching our courses? Do you use Google Chrome? If you could do me a favor and try clearing your cache on your device that'd be greatly appreciated. If you're unsure how to this, I have provided you with a link below that will assist you:
