I bought the sewing machine and quilting frame I found on Craigslist yesterday. Both had never been taken out of the box. The frame box still has plastic bands around it. It is the queen-sized Grace Start-Right frame. It has cloth leaders, a laser stylus for following patterns/pantograms, and a clamp-on gooseneck lamp for extra lighting. I'm not sure if it has a speed regulator ... we haven't opened the box that the frame is in yet. The Juki 2000QI sewing machine is pretty much the same machine as my Juki 2010Q, except it doesn't have a speed control slider. It came out of the box set up for quilting. It was threaded and had the free-motion foot attached, the feed dogs down and the presser foot pressure set on zero. I oiled it and gave it a test run and it was fine. I also got 4 unopened cones of Connecting Threads Essential thread, several pieces of fabric, a hand quilting frame in a box (not opened yet) and two quilt tops. I hope to quilt one or both quilt tops on the frame and return them to the previous owner.

Now I need a rainy weekend so DH will have some time when he can't farm and can help me assemble everything!
