    Default Help with Brother Simplicity

A while back I was having trouble with my presser foot not wanting to go up or down..... I took Lucy to my local repair am, and he Just needed to tighten a screw...

Someone here told me that the problem was this little screw.... Well... It happened again, and I can't figure out what screw I need to tighten..... I'm totally inept when it comes to things like this..... I need help again...

I'm in the middle of a quilt, and getting ready to quilt the quilt I made for my friend who has MS....

I'm hoping someone can help me..... I really don't want to call Doug again.....

    Thanks in advance....

Sandy it's the screw that holds your presser foot on. It sometimes loosens while you sew. You know the screw you tighten and loosen to change the presser foot? That's the one that comes loose.

I took a picture of it. I have the pencil pointing to the screw you need to tighten. Make sure the foot is in place, then tighten.

Check the needle screw too. That will sometimes loosen as well.
