I went to Silver Dollar City in Branson, Mo this weekend. They are gearing up for their fall crafts festival and there was a couple displaying lots of quilts. I saw the blue and white quilt and it caught my eye. My grandson likes any color as long as it is blue.

A lady named Fran made it, but the blog it is on was the blog of the person that quilted it and she never said what pattern it was. She did link to a picture tutorial of how she does her feathers. Jenny's Doodling Needle: Detailed Pictures of my Freehand All-over Hook Feather

I'm thinking it might be Ohio Star blocks, but not sure.
