Try This - You Will LOVE it!!!!

I would like to recommend the Triangle Square Up Ruler by Quilt In A Day. This ruler is so easy and fast to use. It allows me to square up my triangle before it is pressed. Wowzer what a time saver!!!! There may be other rulers like it out there but I am not aware of them. I am teaching a class tomorrow with lots of half square triangles. I have taught this class before and the quilt shop owner ordered a dozen of these rulers. She sold them all the first day! I asked the quilt shop owner where I am teaching tomorrow to order the rulers. I checked with her today and she elected to not order them. I am so disappointed but I have my ruler to show the ladies and they can order one on their own or ask her to order them one. No matter what method you choose to sew your triangle you can square it up with this ruler plus it comes with a handy dandy chart. Love it!

I just looked at it on Amazon. Could you explain why you like it better than other square rulers.
I'm a bit new at HST and would appreciate anything that helps me to be more precise and/or
assists in the squaring up process. thanks

I use that all the time...wouldn't make HST's without it! So simple!

I dont have that one, but one that works like it and its fantastic.

Please go to Quilt In A Day and look at the free video on how to use this ruler. It is much easier than trying to explain it in writing.

Thanks for posting. I just looked at the video. I think the shop lady missed out on several sales by not carrying it on hand tomorrow. Generally, anytime someone is using a product in their presentation/class, it is a good idea to have some on hand to sell. Because several people may want one and would have bought one right then but because of none on hand, they will end up buying somewhere else even if she does offer to order them in for those people.

Thanks for bringing this ruler to our attention. Just watched the video. Went to Amazon & ordered both the triangle square up & the regular square up ruler. I'm not a huge gadget person, but these will make quilting so much easier!

Saw your post late last night as I was getting ready to turn off my computer and jumped on Amazon and ordered one! Thanks for the tip!!! Can't wait to get it. Now I need to check out the other rulers that were mentioned in this thread. My collection is growing. Oh goodness, I think I'm going to need a bigger boat!!! lol

Thanks for the info, I just watched the video and now must get the ruler. I make a lot of HST and like that with this method the bias edge is not exposed.

Gee, Liberty, why didn't I think of that?? Oh, well, I used a $25 Amazon gift card from last Christmas to buy mine. But I do need to remember that Christmas is coming soon.

I just ordered it on Amazon Prime. Love Prime because of the free two-day shipping and because I stream the videos to my TV.
