Re: Do quilts go on walls?
they definitely go on walls!!! and they can be as small as a postcard if you're in to making minis. I pin my newly finished tops to the wall(s), all over, so as I'm walking around I get a glance from different angles and lighting, helps me decide how to quilt it. it's easier to take a pic of them that way too. quick tip, take a strip of wood(where you want to put it determines the length), say a 1x3, and mount(screws are best but you should pre-drill a hole first) wooden clothes pins every few inches along the board. mount the board to the wall up as high as you can, then you can easily clip a quilt to it. for the sake of the quilt, you want enough clips to keep it from sagging and stretching.
