fusible or sew in
Hi, this is not a quilting question but apart from enjoy making quilts I also make bags, eg totes etc but I have come to a major decision. I usually use fusible interfacing as this is what most patterns ask for, but each time I make it, it gets that crinkled look. Do I throw away the idea of the fusible and use sew in interfacing? I know you sew the sew in into the seam, but what holds the exterior/lining together with the interfacing?
I would appreciate any suggestions either speaking from experience or other.
