Hi I hope you find your machine, do you still have the box, sometimes info like numbers are on it,. also do you have a picture of it,. someone took a picture of you at retreat,. or you have a picture of sewing area,. see if the shop has a copy of your receipt and serial number, ex if you bought it from that shop, they should have it in their files,. what type of machine was it,. brand......how old,. and see what their insurance will cover or your homeowners policy.
