GrammaBabs! I think you're right! I have sewn on Brother machines for over twenty years. I have always had faith in them.....it will take me a while to get used to all the features the new machine has and I probably won't use all of them. But, this new machine does have the simplicity I still wanted and the capability of free motion quilt!

I'd like to get a somewhat simple machine yet with more convenient features so when searching where in my area I might find one to try, I ran across a video review from The Crafty Gemini on the SB3129. If you haven't seen it, I thought you might enjoy looking at it. She even made me think I might be able to do some FMQ (have no experience at all)! I can understand your excitement. Have fun!

I recently bought this machine, and love her.... I named her Lucy..... The auto cut function is awesome, and I love, lovr, love the way you just drop your bobbin, pull the thread through a little groove, and SEW.
I TRADED MY Janome 2007 LE for Lucy, and am very happy...
