There's several posts now about backings, cuddly quilts, etc. Can someone tell us the pro's/con's of each of our options? For example: (totally making this up) Flannel - use this with no batting if you want it to be XXX, or use with Warm & Natural and it will do this.

I hate wasting time & money making a quilt & it's pretty, but not the way I want it to feel. There's so many excellent quilters here, we need your opinions!
