Looking at each others albums is a valuable resource for new ideas and inspiration. Look all you want!

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

I know at least one person made a double hourglass quilt after seeing mine. It felt good to inspire others even if the pattern itself was not something I created.

At least two people have shared their own versions of the Q-n-D Cross Wall Hanging that I posted directions for. I'd love to see more of those made since that was a pattern I made and posted.

I put them in my albums to share with everyone. Look all you want.

Hmm... that's why I thought we posted albums - so everyone could see what we have done and maybe get an idea or two for themselves. And it is always so nice to read the wonderful comments that are posted by our forum members. I agree with everyone else, look to your heart's content!

Yes, by all means, look, drool, be inspired. I do it frequently.

I think that is why we all post out pics..we want to share them and also why the site made that an option to do so. I browse everyones albums and gallerys all the time for inspiration and to see "what's going on " in the quilting/sewing world these days. And like the saying goes... if you don't want it looked at..don't post it!
