Any of you Aussie girls coming to Adelaide?

A friend on here was hoping to stay with me but her plans have changed so I'm free to come most days (a free 45 minute bus ride for me being a 'Senior') I'm not doing any classes as i have a shoulder injury and lugging a machine case or lifting is out of the question at the moment.

If you are coming to see Jennie or attending classes do PM me with your mobile number and perhaps we can meet up for coffee sometime. I may attend one of Rachelle Denneny's sessions if there is a space as she is a good friend and I've done most of my quilting classes with her.

I did managed to finish this one finally - the binding took me a while as my arm soon starts aching even with hand sewing. I also manged to FMQ a few feathers to keep my hand in.

Have fun at the show! When you attend classes at the ones here, they provide the machines. You may want to check into that and maybe you will be able to take some if you don't have to lug the machine with you. I know I would!

Looks like Lenore, Robyn and I will get together on the Friday (no classes booked) and I'm taking them to the Barossa (wine region), quiltshops and Maggie Beer's (a famous country cook here) They deserve a treat after all that hard work and we'll be back for Jenny's Special Show on Saturday

Looking forward to the AMQ festival, it is getting close now. I am taking my newly acquired Janome Jem platinum to do one of Jenny's classes, I have a ticket to her trunk show too. It will be so much fun to meet up with 2 forum friends and the trip Jane has planned for us on the Friday sounds wonderful.
