I ordered something from JoAnn's... it was here in days. My sons' Cyber Monday deals have started to arrive here. He ships it all here and then comes and wraps it. LOL.
I ordered on Cyber Monday through Kohls and I know it's not quilting related, but a couple days ago I received an email from them stating that the shipment was delayed due to weather conditions in certain parts of the country. They said that I would receive my order in the later part of the shipping range they quoted or within a couple days after that. It was nice they gave an update.....today's my last day to use the Kohls cash so I'll be placing another order today, sigh.
I just started a rant about MSQ not shipping my order from Dec 3rd. I just called and it hasn't even been pulled yet!!!! It was my very first order from them and I hate waiting on packages.
I finally got an email from Joann's on the order I made on Dec 1st. They are running behind, so sorry, gave me free shipping if I make another order over $25. Now why would I want to make another order when I can't get the first one??
If you get MSQC's FB posts, they said they are 3-4 days behind because of Black Friday, Cyber Monday. Be patient! They even put on a night shift to try to catch up.
I just saw this on FB, and think its great that they are keeping customers informed, even if there are delays, and that they are doing everything possible to fix the backup. I think the hard part about the delays on many estores is the lack of communication, such as I am facing with Connecting Threads - it still shows "processing" a week after purchase.

Did you check Miss* web page on here???? They sent out an up-date stating they hired a night crew to help with their orders and apologize for the delay. Just wanted you to know.
