I agree with Sharon. Do a small project, rather than trying to plan something big. It will recharge your engine.

sometimes when I don't feel like sewing I go in and clean and straighten the sewing room and then start cutting out new projects. I do lots of the self binding baby blankets and I match up 2 fabrics and cut them to size and store them in a tub. then when I am ready to make some up they are all ready to sit and sew.
I agree with the Moda site too. They have some fresh designs and small projects that are always nice.
I took a few months off earlier this year and everything was still there when I felt like getting back to it. There was so much going on in my family at the end of last year and the beginning of this year that I just couldn't focus on sewing / quilting. So give yourself a break and don't stress over it.
I don't want to be a stick in the mud, but I believe the original designer now has a copy write on the snowman pattern and has withdrawn the free pattern from sites where it was previously shared. I purchased the pattern a few weeks ago at Laurie Furnell Designs, sold on etsy. It's only $1. Forgive me if I'm wrong about this, just don't want anyone to get in trouble for sharing her design on the web.
