Having to learn how things work here. I apologize in advance if I press something wrong or don't catch on to something nice that someone does through the site here. It will take me a while, Mary-Ann

Hi Mary-Ann, I have been on here a few weeks and I am still finding out how to do 'stuff'. I hope you pick it up quicker than I have! Lol. Jeannie

Re: Navigating this site
Mary-Ann, I've been here almost three years and I learn something new every day . . . and it is very difficult to teach this old dawg new tricks!
Welcome to the forum - we have no real police here . . . actually there was one, but she moved to Newfoundland a couple months ago and we won't listen to her any more (DEE, you did remember to stuff the kerchief back in her mouth, didn't you?).
** Mary-Ann - that's an inside joke and we'll let you in on it soon!!
Glad to have you here with us!!
Be warned. I am BORED.
This could be dangerous.
When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
They are usually 90 degrees.
A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??

Re: Navigating this site
I've only been here a few days, and I am still trying to figure it out. It is so different from the about.com forum that I am accustomed to. I'm not giving up....

Re: Navigating this site
welcome Mary-Ann The titles after your name will change the more you post. Just M*QC's way of doing things. There is one with princess in the title too. That one is always fun when the men in the forum get to it. Just keep posting and it will change.

Thanks , will see what they say next under my name. Kind of an unusual thing to do but I guess they have their reasons.

Welcome, Mary-Ann from CK Metro Missouri! Glad that you're aboard and you will "meet" the most thoughtful and wonderful quilting pals on this forum! I have learned much and found that people who quilt are people who are true of heart!

Welcome to the forum, MaryAnn. If you have any questions just ask. No quilt/forum police around here. We all had to learn and I still don't know how to do everything yet. Just jump in with both feet and see what happens. Barb
