I'm making a quilt with a hopscotch on the front...other than checkers or tic-tac-toe...any ideas of a game that I could put on the back? It is for 3 little girls, 3,4 and 8. If not a game...what else? I hate to leave the whole back "blank"!!!!

How about a version of a bean bag toss? You could make matching bean bags.
Tic tact or... Played with colored beanbags?

You could applique some roads or trees for them to use as a playmate with other toys. Or make it a mini "I spy" quilt. Or do you have any fun novelty fabric like a farm scene?

Just an observer but I really like the ideas! Great minds!
I remember my GD had a small rug in her bedroom that was a printed village with roads, trees, houses, etc. She played with little hotwheel cars on that rug and had so much fun. Roads would be so cute!

I'm making one of those, and I made corn bags for them to play hopscotch with, so the bags could be for a Tic tac toe too... or ring toss. Put circle rings all over the back with point values in them, and they can toss the bags, add up the scores to see who wins.
I'm adding straps to the end of mine, so the bags can be folded up inside of the mat, and then the straps tie around it all secure.
Nice bundle to put away. I'm using Duck for the backing. I wanted something heavier to add to the weight keeping it flat and down nicely. Batting inside. I'm not putting any game on the back. I'm happy with the Hop Scotch! LOL.
Such great ideas! If you can get a hold of blackboard,/chalkboard fabric that might be fun. I bought mine online somewhere
Blackboard Fabric at Joann.com
Or a panel of the United States and it would be a little learning tool.
