    Cool Lalala *cough*

So the day before yesterday I realised I have not put the walking foot correctly on my machine. Ever. I've had it for a YEAR! I've not managed to get the whole upper dogs down on the fabric and so I've not really used it as a walking foot... No wonder I thought it didn't help much!!!! Not sure if I should be happy or annoyed lol, but I'm trying to go with happy. It sure made a difference bhaving it on right. :P

    Duh.

Don't feel bad......when my Sis got her machine and was having so much trouble....I could not help her over the phone.
After I got there, (Hawaii) it wasn't till after I asked for help here on the forum that we figured it out!

The walking foot that came with her machine did not have the forked bar that goes over the needle screw - just a single bar that goes above the needle screw......we had to put rubber bands around it to make it come down!

I have since sent her a walking foot with the fork!

Happy you figured it out because they do help. I'm surprised that your machine still worked with it on wrong, mine would be beeping and stopping until I fixed it. Have fun!
