This is my understanding:
What will happen is you will upload your picture through the link they provided.
They will compile all the entries into ONE album on Facebook...
After a week, the top 25 or 28 (if Jenny uses her 3 "saves") that have the most 'likes' on their photos will then move on to the next voting stage which will be on a different webpage.

So you do not have to create a facebook account, UNLESS you want to vote in the first stage. You can view their page and will be able to see all the entries in the album, but you have to have an account in order to 'like' the photos.

After that they will provide the second site, which everyone should be able to vote on.
