There is something wrong with me!

I love buying precuts! I really have a problem with not being able to make up my mind. Especially, when there are so many fabrics and colors to pick from. So, precuts work out perfect . . . all the fabrics are coordinated and I don't have to pick. Well, I bought two charm packs . . . one solid white and one "Giggles" fabric line, which is adorable. I sewed them into cute little hour glass blocks and lined them all up on my table. And, guess what?! I stood there FOR AN HOUR trying to arrange them . . . there's something about looking at all those colors and patterns . . . I just can't make up my mind. I think I have a problem . . .

I have the same problem with precuts - Some I am afraid to use because they are so pretty I just like how they look on my bookcase. Terrible addiction - One I do not want to give up.

You should put up a design wall! It makes it so much easier to stand back and reflect on it, see it from a little further away than the table. It helps a lot!

I'm in love with that Giggles line. It's so very pretty. Unfortunately fabric isn't in the budget for a while so I'll have to admire it in your quilt so please post pictures.

Sometimes pre-cuts sit on my shelf for months before they tell me what they want to be turned into.

I have a love/hate relationship with pre-cuts! Sometimes one will jump off the shelf telling me exacty what it wants to be made into, other times it's just the colors that call me.

Oh... Those little charm packs are....we....charming! I never want to actually use them.... But, I do spend time thinking about using them..... But... I can never decide.... I'm pretty much like that with most fabrics, but ore-cuts are even harder to decide on a use for. I think I just like to look at them! And hold them..... They hold such possibilities...you know?

Don't tease us - we want pictures!

I do the same thing - hard to cut them up and use them, they are so cute as is and then once they are in some sort of block, I re-arrange and re-arrange until it speaks to me.

Did that with the falling charms I am working on. I do love my design wall, since I can re-arrange and step back and look at them. I do take pictures as I go along, so that if I don't like a change, I can go back to what I liked previously.

I agree . . . I DO need a design wall! It would be much easier than standing on a chair looking down at my dining room table.
