I had a good experience today too. I don't usually have any problems at the Joann's I go to but this was a special day. On Thursday, I went to Joann's because I wanted to use my 60% off coupons and that was the last day. Now, I get 3 flyers in the mail. 1 in my old married name, 1 in my new married name and my daughter gets one too. I use hers when she doesn't need anything. I also have the app on my phone so there's another one. So off to the store I went with 4 60% and 3 40% coupons! It was a good day. I got all of my fabric and came home. I was looking at my slip and noticed I was charged for 5 yards of one of them instead of 3, honest mistake. I called, they said to bring the fabric and my receipt in and they would refund me. I went today and they did the return and redid the sale. Well, starting today they had 15% off total purchase so the sales lady gave that to me! I was very excited. I took the money I got back and bought a new 45mm rotary cutter and the pinking blades, and got 15% off those too!

An employee told me if when you purchase fabric off the bolt and there is a yard or less left on it, you can ask for "end of the bolt", they give that piece to you at 50% off. I never new about this policy, she said it is storewide.
I have shopped on and off at my local Joann's for years and just found out about this policy a few weeks ago when an unusually sweet and helpful lady at the cutting table told me about it. I have to admit I was a bit steamed (not at her, she was lovely) that I was never told this before even though I have bought yardage that put me close to the end of the bolt on numerous occasions over the years.

But now that I know, when I do go to Joann's (not often anymore - I'd much rather buy from MSQC!) I look for bolts that are very low on fabric hoping for a deal at the cutting table!
