This Moda pattern looks very simple, however, I tried this one and I thought it was frustrating on the folding over part to stitch down the cathedral parts. Maybe I just lost my patience, but I won't try it again. There are too many other cute patterns.

I remember seeing one by Kaye Wood, I found this link, Potholders and Kitchen Quilts with Kaye Wood.mov - YouTube but that's not the one I remember. There are some video's listed under Folded Quilted Star Hot Pad if that is the style you are looking to find.
