Please, Please, Please Let this Be the End
I am on my knees begging the quilt our quilt club has been working on since January to come out of the wash okay.
I really wanted to finish this quilt. I have spent 38 hours on it since Friday and I also had the help of another lady in the club for many of those hours.
About 40 minutes ago I finished the binding, worked on some of the quilting marks, and then put it into the wash. All I need it to do is come out in one piece with no blue quilting marks. I put in 6 of the Shout Color Catchers.
If this quilt makes it through the wash, and dries okay then I turn it over to the group that is going to raffle it off and I go back to working on my own projects.
Of course this is the quilt that if it could go wrong, it did go wrong, so I won't be surprised if there is an epic fail at this stage of the game, but a quilter can hope.

You do realize that this is going to turn out to be your absolute FAVORITE project once you see it finished . . . right?
Be warned. I am BORED.
This could be dangerous.
When you get cold just go stand in the corner.
They are usually 90 degrees.
A giraffe's coffee would be cold by the time it reached the bottom of his throat.
Ever think about that? No? You only think about yourself??

Dear God, while you are at it, please make sure that her washing machine or dryer don't blow up before the quilt is out of the house. (probably go ahead and make sure they don't blow up even after it's gone too.) Amen

How long does the dryer take, anyway?
